Effective March 21, 2008 Kietra Corporation Medical Informed Consents website has been acquired by Practical Healthcare Technologies LLC (PHTech). Other than the name change, you will not notice any immediate changes in the content or operation of the website or informed consents database. All subscriptions were transferred to PHTech and will be honored to the end of their current terms after which they will be renewable. Currently there are plans to expand the Medical Consents website by increasing the number of medical consent forms available and improving their availablity and delivery.
